Community Programs Facilitator – Aboriginal Identified Position
Full time 76 hrs per Fortnight OR Part time 56 hrs per Fortnight
To drive the delivery of a Community Strengthening Program for Centacare – Central West & Orana, we are currently seeking an exceptional Facilitator to plan, lead, deliver and evaluate, provide continuous improvement, connections and support activities to meet community needs – in particular those children, young people and families that are Aboriginal and/or experiencing vulnerabilities in the Coonabarabran area.
Our ideal candidate will have an Aboriginal cultural understanding and experience for developing and/or delivering services and programs which have an impact on Aboriginal people and Aboriginal communities.
They will support the wider organisational values, ethos and mission whilst maintaining a community-centred focus within their role and service.
Reporting to the Manager, Early Childhood & Community Programs, the Community Programs Facilitator will undertake the delivery of program initiatives and outcomes in accordance with service specifications and relevant funding contracts.
