The term Centacare Bathurst or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website whose registered office is 107 William Street, Bathurst NSW 2795. The term ‘you’ refers to the user or viewer of our website.
Please note that all monies donated to Centacare Bathurst are used for charitable purposes at the discretion of Centacare represented by the Director and the Advisory Council in accordance with the governance protocols. The wishes of donors are, wherever possible, considered when allocating available funds. If you require more information please contact us.
All transactions are in Australian Dollars (AUD$).
Centacare Bathurst will not provide a refund for monies received by way of donation, unless that donation is made in error and Centacare Bathurst are advised, in writing, within 24 hours of the error being made.
A confirmation letter or email will be provided upon payment for paid events. A receipt will be posted or emailed within 72 hours of receipt of payment.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to an event will be refunded in full using the original method of payment.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to an event will forfeit full payment. Substitutions can be made at any time, if applicable.
Please note any approved refunds will be returned using the original method of payment. Payments from credit cards will be refunded to the same credit card used to make the donation.
Most banks and card issuers either cover all the charges that result from unauthorised use of your credit card, or may limit your liability to $50.00. In the unlikely event of unauthorised use of your credit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
